Orders

How can I place an order?

Purchasing at Vitality Store is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that:
• You have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable)
• You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product
• The desired quantity is correct
• You have read the Terms and Conditions
• Once your purchase is ready, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product information page and then "Confirm Order" on the checkout page.

New customers - If you are a new customer, then you will be taken through the order form in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address and name and your payment details. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us which will confirm that your order is being processed.
Existing customers - If you are an existing customer, you will be asked to register, if you have not already done so. If none of your details have changed, then you will be asked for your credit card details. Once this has been completed, you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your order is being processed.

Please note that guests will have the opportunity to review and confirm their order, including delivery address, payment method and product details. You will be notified when your order is accepted. At that time, the sales contract will be made and become binding. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been submitted and is being processed. Once the order has been fully processed, a shipping email will be sent notifying you when your order will arrive.

When will I receive my order?

The average processing times for our products are 1 to 5 working days depending on volume from order placing to dispatch.

How do I check my order status?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link and a tracking number to track the shipment. Whenever possible we will contact you by email to update you on the status of the shipment. In some occasions we – or our delivery partner- may notify you by text/SMS if you have opted-in to be contacted by this method.

What payment options can I use?

We want to make buying your favourite Vitality Store items fast and easy, and we accept the following payment options:

Can I pre-order products?

Yes! We offer pre-orders on select products. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a “PRE-ORDER” button on the product page. To pre-order, simply click the button, and we’ll guide you through the process to secure the item and place your order. A quick note: Just adding items to your bag does not reserve them. You need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order.

Shipping & Delivery

Does the favourite Vitality Store ship internationally?

If you wish to place an order to be delivered to another country outside UK, please contact our customer services and we will be able to help you.

What are the shipping options?

You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout. We’ll provide a delivery date for every item in your bag based on your delivery address and where the item(s) ship from. Click “Edit” to change your shipping address or your shipping speed. We offer the following shipping options:
• 
UK Delivery: Delivery time takes [2 to 3] working days from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.   

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
• The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.

 Returns

What is the Vitality Store return policy?

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. For practical information on how to return, see the help section of the Website. We cannot process returns/refunds for products that have been personalised/customised as these have been manufactured specifically for your order. We only accept returns/refunds of these orders when products are faulty. In the unfortunate case that your items are faulty, we may ask you for some photos before we can complete the resend/refund.

Can I return an item and exchange it for another one instead of getting a refund?

We do not accept exchanges, but we will refund your money if the product meets the conditions for a refund.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days from receiving your products. To process a return please follow the next steps:

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Where's my refund?

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. Once your order is cancelled, refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement. Please contact Customer Services by email if you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

I've cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?

How do I clean my products?
To receive the most benefit from your purchase, please follow the care instructions below:
• Turn inside out
• Use cold water, normal wash
• Line dry for best results
• No bleach
• No dryer
• No iron

Nike Dri-FIT will take care of you longer the better you take care of it, so when it comes to washing Dri-FIT clothes, we recommend the following:

 • Machine wash inside out in cold water with like colors.
 • Use powdered detergent.
 • Don’t wring excess water.
 • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat (high heat can reduce Dri-FIT performance and contribute to static cling).
 • Don’t use bleach, dryer sheets, or fabric softener.
 • Don’t dry clean.
 • If needed, iron on a cool setting to avoid damaging logos or designs.

Be sure to check the instructions on the care label found inside the item.
